Terms of service

This store is operated by HMS Dreamworld. "We" and "us" refer to the store; "you" refers to anyone browsing, buying or downloading from it.

You need an account to download anything, free or paid. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account.

We may suspend an account that is being used to redistribute purchased files, to abuse the download limits, or in breach of these terms.

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the book and to keep your own copies of the file for your own use.

You may put a purchased book on as many of your own devices as you like, and keep backups. You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it to a file-sharing service, or distribute it within an organisation without a separate licence from us.

Prices are shown in INR and include any applicable tax at the rate shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.

Books are delivered as DRM-free PDF downloads and are available immediately once payment clears. There is no physical shipment. Re-downloads from your library are subject to a per-purchase limit, which we will lift on request where the reason is genuine.

We may add, withdraw or update titles at any time. Withdrawing a book from sale does not remove it from the library of anyone who already owns it.

The books are supplied as they are. We do not warrant that any title is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the title in question.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.
