Privacy policy

Account details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, country and profile photo.

Order records: what you bought, when, the amount, and the billing details you entered at checkout.

Download records: which files you downloaded, when, and the IP address and browser used. We keep these to enforce download limits and to spot files being redistributed.

To deliver the books you buy, to let you download them again later, to issue invoices, to answer your support messages, and to keep the accounting records the law requires us to keep.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build a profile of you for anyone else, and we do not email you marketing unless you asked us to.

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers. We store only the payment reference the provider returns, so we can match a payment to your order.

If you subscribe, we store your email address and nothing else. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately.

Account and download records are kept while your account is open. Order and invoice records are retained afterwards for as long as tax law requires, even if you close your account.

You can view and correct your details from your account at any time, and close your account from the same page. Write to support@hmsdreamworld.com to request a copy of your data or ask us to erase what we are not legally required to keep.

We set a session cookie so you can stay signed in and keep a cart, and a CSRF cookie that protects your forms from being submitted by another site. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
