About HMS Dreamworld

We started this shop after one too many evenings spent fighting a reader app to get at a book we had already paid for. The file existed. We had bought it. It was simply not ours to move.

So the rule here is simple: when you buy a book, you get the PDF. No app, no licence server, no expiry. Put it on your laptop, your tablet, your e-reader, a USB stick in a drawer. It is yours.

How it works

Every title is delivered as a DRM-free PDF. Paid books unlock the second your payment clears -- there is no fulfilment queue and no email to wait for. Free titles need nothing more than an account, which also gives you somewhere to keep them.

Your library remembers everything you have bought or claimed, so you can download a book again years later from a new machine without hunting through old email.

On reviews

Only readers who actually have a book can review it. That means fewer reviews than you would see elsewhere, and a great deal more signal in the ones you do see.
